When you work with an International client, or a client whose location is in a different timezone than yours, you can choose which timezone(s) you want to set up your availability and schedule sessions in, saving you (or your client) the trouble of doing calculations.

Setting Your Availability in Two Different Timezones

When you set up what days of a week and what time frames within each day are available for your clients/leads to schedule their sessions, you can view your availability in two different timezones. Go to the "Preferences" tab of the "Availability" section on your coach dashboard, you will see the button "Preview Another Timezone" next to your selected timezone in the "Day and Times" section on the right side of the screen.

Click on that button and you can then choose in which timezone to preview for the days and timeframes you have set. For example, the coach is viewing the same opening slot on Monday, both in Eastern Time (US), which is from 9:30am to 5:30pm; and in Berlin Time, which is from 3:30pm to 11:30pm. This can be convenient when you try to communicate your availability to someone lives in Berlin, for example.

Choose Different Timezones when Scheduling a Session

When you schedule a session for your client, you can also choose in which timezone you would like to see the time slots on the calendar.

For example, if a coach wants to schedule a session for a client who lives in Tokyo, Japan, selecting the corresponding timezone in the scheduling window could be convenient.
